First of all, the colours are a lot brighter than your first deviations. Did you find a program to saturate them or are you just using better pencils?
Also, I like seeing that you're experimenting with shadows and highlights. Shading adds quite a bit of depth to your drawings^^
As for the things you should improve on...um, I think that maybe you should try to be a bit neater with your colouring? For example, there are lines of red from the character's shirt on the white stripe of the top under it. I'd be a bit more careful with that if I were you, and always make sure your pencils are sharp. Try experimenting with anatomy, too. I know that chibis have highly unrealistic body shapes, but maybe take a look at other chibi drawings, see where there are curves and such.
Overall, I'm very impressed, Sunny dear! You're improving so much so fast! When I get the points I'll definitely commission you for one of these adorable chibis~
